Bob started his career in New York City in the Stock Brokerage Industry. After several years Bob was recruited into the insurance industry by Metlife. While at Metlife, Bob earned numerous Company and Industry Awards.
Bob and Patti opened the Estling Agency in 2003. Since opening Allstate- The Estling Agency, The Agency has consistently been one of the Top Performing Agencies in the Country. The Agency has earned numerous Awards each year. In 2008 the Agency earned the prestigious Gold Agency Achievement Award. The Estling Agency was ranked the #1 Agency in Florida and #5 Countrywide. The Agency focuses on each and every customer's needs.
Bob was a past NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) Board Member and actively involved in the Go-To Network. Bob and his staff represent over 75 Years combined experience to serve all your insurance needs.
Bob is actively involved in the community. Bob enjoys Travel, Golf, Martial Arts, and Riding his motorcycle in his free time.

Patti A. Bastani - Agency Owner / Office Manager
Patti entered the insurance business in 1988 as an agent selling health insurance to individuals and businesses. In 1999 she moved into the Property and Casualty side of the business. She is a strong believer in continuing education and self improvement. After first serving as a personal lines representative, she moved into commercial lines for several years. She combined this broad service experience and joined Bob Estling as an Agency Principal in 2003. Patti enjoys spending time with Family, cooking, and swimming. Together they continue running a growing business where the focus remains on client relationships and individualized needs.

Colton W. Ferry - Sales Producer
Colton is a South West Florida Native. Born and raised in Fort Myers, he has lived in the area for the majority of his life, leaving only for four years to attend the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in history. He enjoys the water, the sun, and the woods. In his free time he can usually be found on a boat or out in the wilderness enjoying the beauty of our area. |

Tracy Quick Roseman, MBA - Account Representative
Tracy graduated from The University of Memphis, with an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance and was an integral part of the Fogelman College Executive Alumni Board. She has spent 15 years working in several capacities of the insurance and benefits industry.
Past honors include Memphis Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 and Memphis Woman Magazine’s 50 Women that Make a Difference. Tracy is a graduate of the Leadership Academy's Fellows Program, a year-long fellowship for emerging community leaders.
Tracy relocated to SWFL from Memphis, TN. She is a member of the Estling Agency focusing on life, health and workplace solutions insurance. Tracy’s broad background in the benefits industry allows her to analyze and consult with individuals on their personal coverage and businesses of any size to help them attract and retain quality employees in any economic condition.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys doing anything outdoors or sports-related with her husband, Michael and step-son, Jack.
